Maven父子项目打包子项目出现Failed to collect dependencies问题

使用Idea创建Springboot项目多个模块打包，因为是第一次使用，遇到了一些问题，记录一下。

错误如下：
Failed to execute goal on project project-name: Could not resolve dependencies for project xxx.xxx.xxx.xx:jar:1.0: Failed to collect dependencies for [xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:jar:1.0 (compile), ......]
解决方法：
先打包父工程，然后在打包子模块就可以解决以上问题。
