Deep Dive：为什么 “paint” 会涂上颜色？

paint 这个词本意是"油漆"，在篮球里指禁区，因为那块区域在球场上被涂成了不同的颜色（通常是蓝色或其他对比色），目的是让裁判和球员清楚哪里是三秒违例区（防守球员不能在禁区站超过3秒，进攻球员也不能）。

所以你会听到：

• “He’s dominating in the paint.” —— 他在禁区统治比赛。
• “Points in the paint” —— 禁区得分（一项重要统计）。

key 是 paint 的另一个说法，来自早期球场设计——禁区加上罚球圈确实像一把钥匙的形状。现代球场禁区变成了长方形，但 key 这个词保留了下来。

1. Elbow（肘区）= 战术枢纽

肘区是高位挡拆、手递手传球、中距离投篮的核心位置。你会听到：

2. Wing vs. Corner：投手的两个家

三分射手最爱的两个位置：
