Document Deliverables
The following are a list of minimum Document Deliverables to be produced by the MSI.
a) Develop ICT Interface Management Methodology
b) Develop Interface Management Plan ( template)
c) Develop , Maintain Master Interface Matrix
d) Develop, Maintain Interface Action Log
e) Develop Interface Meeting Records
f) Develop approach to manage ICT – Non ICT Interface coordination activities
g) Develop Master Interface and Integration Schedule.
h) Develop Interface Control Document (ICD) for all Interfacing Points
i) Develop Master Interface and Integration Master Test Plan.
j) Network and Infrastructure Interface and Integration Testing
k) System to System Interface and Integration Test Procedure / Test Cases
l) Integrated Cyber Security Testing Procedure, Test Cases and Test Data
m) System Performance Testing Procedure, Test Cases and Test Data
n) Develop Sub-system Interface and Integration Test Procedure and Test Cases.
o) Develop Master Testing Schedule.
p) Develop Test Platform Management Procedure
q) On Going Documentations, Correspondence and Reports
The following are a list of minimum of On-Going documentations, correspondence
and to be produced by the MSI.
a. Draft correspondence on behalf of Engineer on interface issues and
recommendation
b. Interface Management Plan Review Report
c. Interface Control Document Review Report
d. Monthly Progress Report
e. Bi-Weekly Progress Report
Onsite Consulting Services:
a) Communicate, coordinate and chair all ICT Interface meetings, testing, acceptance
and related activities.
b) Attend and support all ICT – NSC Contracts interface (BHS, PBB etc)
c) Attend and support all ICT – Non ICT interface coordination meetings and activities
d) Supporting ORAT activities and acting as single point of contact.
e) Supporting PMC ICT on other interface and integration activities.
f) Communicate, Coordinate and Conduct all testing activities in the approved
Interface and Integrating Master Test
g) Plan – including not limited to testing activities for Lab Acceptance Test (LAT), Site
Acceptance Test (SAT) and Total Integration Test (TAT).
h) Provide Test Master and Test Witness.
i) Produced signed off test result.
j) Provide resources to manage Test Platform
