Abstract: This paper systematically presents the theoretical framework, mathematical model, and application system of the Kucius De-Dao Theorem. Proposed by Kucius Deng in March 2026, the theorem reveals the fundamental law that imbalance between external instrumental advantages and internal governing support inevitably leads to backlash. The research breaks through the paradigm of traditional moral preaching, reconstructing "virtue" as the internal structural force for long-term system stability, and establishes the Kucius Capability-Virtue Index (KCVI) for quantitative assessment. Research results indicate that when capability value far exceeds virtue value, system control risk grows exponentially. The theorem applies to all levels including individuals, organizations, nations, and civilizations, with particular warning significance and practical value in the AI era.

Meanwhile, the exponential growth of AI technology and the linear development of human wisdom form a significant gap, triggering triple backlash crises in technology, society, and civilization.
