新建的用户时候，有时候创建home目录不成功或有忘记创建home目录，则需要后续来创建用户的家目录home
实例用已oracle用户为例子
localhost:~ # mkdir /home/oracle
localhost:~ # chown oracle:oinstall -R /home/oracle
localhost:~ # usermod -d /home/oracle oracle
localhost:~ # grep oracle /etc/passwd
oracle:x:1000:1000::/home/oracle:/bin/bash
localhost:~ # su - oracle
