错误原因是 安装android studio 3.1.2 导致的错误，原ndk是点击sdk manager下载的，但是缺少文件
解决：在https://developer.android.google.cn/ndk/downloads/ 上自己下载一个ndk 然后设置给as;
android studio File->Project Structure. 中 Android ndk location 设置上自己下载的即可 ，注意：如果环境变量中 有配置的需要修改，网上查询说可以将缺少的文件复制到相应的目录(没试过)；
