在创建或则导入maven项目的时候出现如下问题：
Failure to transfer org.apache.maven:maven-archiver:pom:2.4.1 from http://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2 was cached in the local repository, resolution
will not be reattempted until the update interval of central has elapsed or updates are forced. Original error: Could not transfer artifact
org.apache.maven:maven-archiver:pom:2.4.1 from/to central (http://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2): connection timed out to http://
repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/org/apache/maven/maven-archiver/2.4.1/maven-archiver-2.4.1.pom
解决方法：根据路径org.apache.maven:maven-archiver:pom:2.4.1。在maven的本地仓库中（也就是自己maven配置路劲下的repository文件夹下）删除对应文件夹下的.lastUpdated后缀名的文件，然后选择Update Projects就可以了，此处我的路径为：D:\jeesite\maven\repository\org\apache\maven\maven-archiver\2.4.1
