首先我们通过
pip install h5py==2.8.0rc1
命令，可以处理第二种错误。
第一种错误的原因是因为numpy的版本太高了。需要降到1.16.0.
个人觉得tensorflow1.14的版本可能和numpy1.17版本不太切合。
一定要先将numpy1.17.0进行卸载。
再去安装numpy1.16。这样的话，才能进行安装成功。直接上图。
