1.新建springboot项目，首先安装和配置好jdk1.8和maven3.3.9 (maven是我自己的版本，仅供参考)

2. 配置maven的 D:\work\apache-maven-3.3.9\conf\settings.xml 文件,配置阿里云的镜像就能正常下载了

3.双击maven projects下的clean , 就可以清空，重新下载
