org.springframework.boot:spring-boot-starter-parent:pom:2.7.5 failed to transfer from https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2 during a previous attempt. 2. 解决方法

Maven 使用阿里云镜像，修改 settings.xml，主要是 mirrors 里
