⭕报错原因：路径中出现中文字符

💡解决办法：

🔑修改路径，有时候中文和英文大写都不可以

❗这里另外还提一下另外一个问题，就是使用opencv的时候，有时候出现,cv2.error:OpenCV（4.2.0） C：\projects\opencv-python\opencv...报错

🔑这种类别的报错原因是因为OpenCV 3.0后OpenCv只包含部分内容函数了，很多函数和算法不再是开源的公共使用方法，针对出现在视频和图像尤其是从事相关计算机视觉的工作者中需要对图像进行分帧和视频编解码后与神经网络相关计算或者其他函数使用需要导入opencv_contrib.
