在项目中安装 vue-cli node-sass不成功解决办法如下：

npm install node-sass --save

若以上方式安装不成功（安装超时）,

则使用以下的方法：

1.

npm install -g cnpm --registry=https://registry.npm.taobao.org

2.

cnpm install node-sass --save

(若安装完成之后报Cannot find module 'node-sass'的错误请使用：

cnpm install node-sass@latest

打开文件：webpack.base.config.js 

webpack.base.config.js 
{     
 test: /\.scss$/,      
 loaders: ["style", "css", "sass"]  
 },

在样式中引入scss：

<style lang="scss" scoped type="text/css"></style>
