因为重装系统，老项目无论怎么切换和更换node版本， node-sass（单独安装： npm i node-sass -D）一直无法下载，已经安装了vs 2022和vc++工具也一直提示找不到，最后设置后，完美解决！！

解决方法：

npm config set msvs_version 2022
