当node版本和node-sass版本不一致时会出现报错, 尝试如下操作
在package.json, devDependencies中找到下面两个插件, 然后删除node_modules,再重新cnpm install

当node版本为 14.x 时:
    "node-sass": "^4.12.0",
    "sass-loader": "^8.0.2",
    
当node版本为 16.x 时:
    "node-sass": "^6.0.1",
    "sass-loader": "^10.2.0",
