npm install 有时候会出现这种情况
导致的原因可能是node版本与node-sass版本不匹配
我现在的node版本是16.15.1，对应的node-sass版本就是6.0多（“node-sass”: “^6.0.1”,）
在packpage.json中直接做修改，然后重新安装npm intall就ok 了
