ERROR Shell: Failed to locate the winutils binary in the hadoop binary path
java.io.IOException: Could not locate executable null\bin\winutils.exe in the Hadoop binaries.
在hadoop服务器上把core-site.xml、hdfs-site.xml、mapred-site.xml、yarn-site.xml四个文件放入idea里的src\main\resources下
注意:如果本地windows没有做hosts 域名指定，需修改配置文件内的地址，将域名改成ip地址或者在本地hosts文件中添加对应的域名与地址。
然后就可以了
