onnxruntime 安装笔记。
两个名称为microsoft.ml.onnxruntime.1.7.0.nupkg与microsoft.ml.onnxruntime.mklml.1.6.0.nupkg的文件，放在一个随意的文件夹中，vs创建好工程后。

工具-> NUGET包管理器 ->程序包管理器控制台

在控制台内输入如下指令（注意，此处的文件夹路径我放在d盘下了，诸位自便）

PM> Install-Package Microsoft.ML.OnnxRuntime.mklml -Source D:\ONNXTOEXE
PM> Install-Package Microsoft.ML.OnnxRuntime -Source D:\ONNXTOEXE

等待安装。大致时间10秒左右。
安装完成。

在项目中会产生一个package文件夹，packages\Microsoft.ML.OnnxRuntime.MKLML.1.6.0\runtimes\win-x64\native里面有你需要的onnxruntime名称的dll和lib以及mklml.dll。
