虚拟环境安装opencv失败，卡在Building wheel for opencv-python (pyproject.toml) ... error

这种一般在更新pip之后 依旧无法正常安装
原因是默认下载为最新版的open-python 与当前python版本不适配 从而无法下载
所以查询到版本号之后 指定下载cv的版本即可
