原因

系统用 Webpack4，组件库用 Webpack5。存在 ES 版本及转换问题；

解决

vue.config.js 文件中设置属性 transpiledependencies

加上如下代码第 2 行：

 module.exports = {
     transpileDependencies: ['your-webcomponents'],
 }
