想学习一下pyqt6，发现安装pyqt6包失败。
python版本 python-3.12.1-amd64
pycharm版本 pycharm-community-2023.3.2

原因分析：

这个问题的主要原因就是因为版本过高引起的。

解决方案：

将python版本换成 3.11的时候就可以安装了。
