把代理关了也不行.网上一通查,发现我环境变量也没带proxy字符的啊
最后猛然想起之前想让conda走代理,在user/.condarc里面配置了代理, 一看,果然tmd有两个代理的地址,

https: https://xxxxxx
删了就行了. 另外即使配了这个地址,也没法让conda走代理,还是比较头疼的
