根本原因是：

无gradle-wrapper.properties，且未设置本地gradle。

解决方案，

File -> Settings -> gradle -> gradle projects -> gradle-wrapper.properties not found。

把gradle设置成本地的gradle目录即可。

重新sync projects， 成功。
