分析解决

此问题原因几种可能如下

1. 数据库服务器未启动

2.mysqld配置问题 或者未完全启动

解决办法:分析my.ini错误 或 重新启动 mysqld 然后在重新启动mysql服务器

3.jdbc配置文件错误
